Presley Announces $3500 Settlement for Alleged No-Call Violations

JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI (August 4, 2014) – Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today that the Mississippi Public Service Commission has reached a settlement of $3,500 with APA/Leads Services for alleged No-Call violations.

In complaints received by the Commission, the company was alleged to have made unauthorized telephone solicitations and failed to register with the PSC as a telephone solicitor. In addition to paying the fine, the company has agreed to register with the Commission.
