Week three of Winston County High School football kicks off tonight with one of the biggest rivalries of the year coming up at R.E. Hinze Stadium. The Noxubee County Tigers come to town to take on the Wildcats in what has been called the "Toothpick Bowl"
After 2 wins to start the season,Coach M. C. Miller should have
his team ready to take on the 4A Tigers.
Two other games are at home this week as Noxapater plays host to Vardaman and Nanih Waiya welcomes Lake.
Noxapater is looking for their first win of the season and hope that a homefield advantage will do the trick. Nanih Waiya returns home after a convincing win over Clarkdale last week to remain undefeated on the season.
Winston Academy takes to the road to face Heritage and hope to return to the win column after a tough loss last week. The Patriots record on the season is 1-1.
