Come Be A Part Of The 2014 Veterans Harvest Festival--Nov. 1

On Saturday, November 1, 2014 we will celebrate our Veterans and the sacrifices they gave to insure our freedoms.

The day will be filled with events highlighted by the Veterans Parade and program.  Let's show our appreciation and support to our Veterans by being on Main Street at 11:00 a.m. cheering them on as they walk or ride down to South Columbus Avenue.

Below is the itinerary of events for the day:


8:00a.m. --5K Color Run/Walk --Sponsored by the Louisville Fire Association. If you are interested in more information or if you wish to participate in this event, please contact Jill at 662-705-1428.

There will be arts and crafts vendors from 8 am til 3 pm on South Columbus Avenue.

9:00a.m.--Pilot Club Veterans Breakfast at the Chamber of Commerce Office--All Veterans are invited to attend.

11:00a.m.--Veterans Parade Begins



11:30a.m.--Veterans Program begins with special guest speaker
Capt. Scott Bunnay, NAS Meridian Commanding Officer.


12:00p.m.--ECCC Collegians perform

1:00p.m.--Auction Begins--Items will be auctioned off and
all proceeds will go to Winston Strong, the nonprofit relief fund for rebuilding efforts.

2:30p.m.--Children's Color Tricycle Race--All participants are asked to wear sunglasses or eye protection helmets at parents discretion during race. Sponsored by the Louisville Fire Association.
