God's Pit Crew Volunteering in Louisville After April 28 Tornado

Like a swarm of busy bees, volunteers with God's Pit Crew are in
the process of constructing a home on McCullough Rd.   As many as 50 volunteers are working at any given time to construct the home with plans to have it ready for occupancy in as little as two weeks. These pictures show crews in action and the status of the home as of Thursday, October 23.

God's Pit Crew is a non-profit faith base group of volunteers who serve others during times of need and disaster. They are based in Danville, Virginia.

The crew was here after the storm and have since returned to construct the home of Randy and Diane Hodges.

More information on God's Pit Crew and the construction process of this home in Louisville can be seen on their website at www.godspitcrew.org.  Day to day photographs chronicling the progress of the  home can be seen on the God's Pit Crew facebook page.
