Halloween Festival at Dean Park on Friday, October 31, 2014

Winston Strong and Friends of Dean Park, Inc. sponsored a Halloween Festival at Dean Park on Friday, October 31, 2014. It was attended by over 150 children and adults. There was a very scary haunted house constructed by the National Emergency Grant Workers (NEG); games were made and instructed by Winston Strong staff and car trunks were decorated for "trunk or treat'. There was fun had by all and plenty of candy, prizes and treats for the children.

Our community based “Winston Strong”, a 501(c)(3) non profit recovery fund, is used for longer term rebuilding efforts across the community. Winston Strong is established to help survivors of the EF 4 tornado with their unmet needs. Donations are still needed for this organization to continue to help. All donations are tax deductible and can be made through the web site: or call the office at 1-405-403-3404.
