Ceramics Exhibit at the Winston County Library

Louisville native, Liz Gold holds ceramic exhibit at the Winston County Library through the month of April. Her ceramics depict four different types of firing: pit fired, wood fired, high fired and raku. Liz graduated high school here and studied philosophy at MSU and at Washington University in St. Louis. She has worked in ceramics for eighteen years in art school and studios in Orlando, FL. Liz says that “Clay is a freeing material, stimulates creativity, and has endless potential for new expression.” She has exhibited in shows and galleries around Orlando.  She says, “It is a pleasure to be back in Louisville, and a special privilege to have my work on display here in the library this month.”
