To sponsor a flag simply download the form by clicking here. Forms are also available at the offices of WinstonWebNews at 116 S. Columbus or at the Chamber of Commerce Office on Park Street. Make checks payable to the Louisville Lions Club and mail to the address on the form by November 1, 2015. There are 60 flags available for sponsorship. Part of the proceeds earned for flags will be used to purchase a body camera for the Louisville Police Department.
