A Winston County woman was one of two victims in a fatal car crash this morning. Joanie Tingle of Winston County and Tanner Joiner of Leake County died in a head on collision on Mars Hill Road in Leake County around 8:30 this morning (Oct 7).
The exact cause is not known at this time but the accident occurred in a sharp curve in the Marydale/Edinburgh area.
