Experience Workers felt honored to help with the landscaping at Mattie Hudson’s new home that was built by Christian Aid Ministries (CAM) which was completed in April 2016. Mrs. Hudson lost her home due to damages from the storm. The workers planted 2 Leland Cypress trees, monkey grass, daisies, Nandenas, banana trees, Daylilies, cannas and begonias. They also filled in holes that were left from fallen trees in her yard and cleared away debris. The plants were donated to Mrs. Hudson by the Winston County Master Gardeners Association. Master Gardeners Elder Richard Moncrief and Elmetra Patterson supervised this project as community service hours for themselves and the workers.
