Winston County Sheriff Deputies made a drug related arrest on Friday, July 14 in the Noxapater area.Sheila Shoumaker was arrested for possession of approximately 300 grams of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia. The arrest was made late on Friday afternoon at a residence in the 300 block of Jessie White Road on the northeast edge of Noxapater. Charges are pending.
