A Retirement Reception honoring Julie Cunningham, Larry Duran, Melisa Fulton, and Roy Dale Fulton was held Friday, December 13, from 2:00 pm til 4:00 pm in the Board Room of the Winston County Courthouse. Many attended showing all four of the retirees appreciation for their year's of dedicated service to Winston County.
