
Louisville Mayor Will Hill provided some information as to the status of the Census across Mississippi and Winston County. The data was provided by "One Voice".
The most recent data indicates that slightly less than one half of households across the state have responded. (48.4%). This is slightly below the national response at 50.7%. Most households received a request invitation in March.

Due to the virus, Census workers have not been in the field. Weather issues have also slowed response across the state. All these factors have made the 2020 census a challenge.
It is easier than ever to complete the census however, as you have the option to complete a written form, or respond by telephone or online. The following link provides information as to how to respond to the Census:
