Suspect in Custody in Friday Night Shooting

today, Michael Jones turned himself into the Louisville Police Department. At approximately 2:00 PM, Malik Hudson died at University of Mississippi Medical Center.  Jones has been arrested and charged in Hudson's death.

Jones was wanted by LPD for a shooting incident that occurred Friday night in the parking lot of the Ivy Avenue Apartments.

Malik Hudson, 23 years of age, a black male from Houston Texas, was allegedly shot by Michael D. Jones, 40 year old black male from 12016 Five Oaks Drive in Gulfport, MS., while trying to exit the parking lot of the apartments.
